My Ancient Meadow Room Diffuser is inspired by the hidden countryside of rural East Sussex where fields from family farms are tucked away between the rolling hills. Because intensive farming doesn’t work in this small landscape, we still have quiet, grassy fields with butterflies and hoverflies busy amongst the long grasses and wild flowers. Notes of cut grass, lavandin, rosemary, sage and wild mint combine with meadowsweet, dandelion, marigold and cedarwood to capture the sense of being amongst the waving grasses and delicate wildflowers. Each air diffuser is designed especially for my collection using a high level of essential oils combined with fragrance ingredients to create evocative scents built around everyday ingredients from the garden and the wild.

Ancient Meadow is also available as a Fragranced Candle and Hand and Body Soap Bar.

We are gradually introducing a new black diffuser cap to all the product variants, to replace the bamboo caps we have had for a number of years.

The new caps are easier to fit as they have no plastic stopper, instead there is a disc in the black cap which is removed when placing the black reeds in the bottle . Quicker and easier than before.

I also think the shiny black design looks very stylish on the bottles.

Instructions for use:

Place the fibre reeds in the bottle. Allow the diffuser oil scent to travel up the reeds and fragrance your room. You should not need to change, or turn the reeds. However if for any reason the stick appear dry, remove them from the bottle, turn and replace. Your diffuser should last for 3 months.

All diffusers are hand made in Hastings, England. All packaging is recyclable.

Safety Instructions: Do remember to keep the reed diffuser out of reach of children and pets and take care when replacing the reeds to avoid skin and eye contact, or potential damage to surfaces. Full instructions are on the bottom of the reed diffuser.

With sustainability and the environment in mind, we avoid plastic, preferring biodegradale and recyclable materials where possible and our carton packaging is carbon balanced. Candle glasses and diffuser bottles can be reused or recycled.
